The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities recently hired MaryAnn Koops as an area sales manager. Koops has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of new home construction, marketing, management and sales. In her new role, she will manage and build the homebuilder’s Southwest Florida team to achieve sales goals and influence the market. During her 15-year tenure with another homebuilder, she trained over 100 new employees on various sales tactics.
