Sarasota's Regatta Royale LLC recently purchased the Regatta Arms, a 28-unit apartment complex in Palmetto, from Palmetto's Wayout Investments "LLC" for $1.7 million. The complex is located at 507 10th Ave. W., Palmetto. Adam Podbelski, Nicholas Meoli and Michael Donaldson, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office, listed and marketed the property and represented the buyer in the transaction.
