The new "diverging diamond" interchange at University Parkway and I-75 is now "substantially complete," according to an update from the Florida Department of Transportation. All six eastbound lanes and six westbound lanes are open to traffic. Remaining updates include the addition of the final layer of asphalt, placement of stripes, signal work and more.
