Bill Johnson, the president of the Sarasota solar contracting company Brilliant Harvest, was recently elected to the Florida Solar Energy Industries Association board of directors. Since its founding in 1977, the organization has been dedicated to protecting and promoting the interests of the solar energy industry in Florida. Johnson founded Brilliant Harvest in 2009; since then, the company has designed, developed, constructed and operated photovoltaic systems for commercial and residential clients from Tampa to Port Charlotte.
