Oaktree Development of Sarasota, LLC, recently purchased three adjoining parcels of commercial and residential property at 204, 210 and 218 N. East Ave., Sarasota, from Arkansas' Centennial Bank for $600,000. One of the properties sits on the south side of Fruitville Road, with the other two connected to the south. Ken Hoskinson, Jr., and Joe Hembree of Hembree & Associates represented the seller in the transaction.
