Bright Future Electric, which has locations in Sarasota, Fort Myers, Orlando, Destin and Alabama, recently hired 18 interns at a Gulf Coast Builders Xchange hiring event for local students. Other companies that participated in the event also hired students. More than 350 local high school students attended, and more than 35 local businesses participated, with speakers and hands-on activities to unveil different construction-related career opportunities.
