Bradenton's 201 Fletcher, LLC recently purchased a 9,653-square-foot office building on an almost-.6-acre property located at 201 Fletcher Ave., Sarasota, from B & B Building, LLC for just under $2.2 million. Ian Black, Steve Horn and Melissa Harris of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction and Michele Fuller and Stacy Rosenberg of Ian Black Real Estate represented the buyer.
