Sarasota's Classic Ocean Investments, Inc. last month purchased the retail strip center known as Phillippi Plaza, 5750 S. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, from Sarasota's Sarasota Outdoor Properties, LLC for just over $1.6 million. John Harshman of Harshman & Company, Inc. handled the transaction.
