Ian Black Real Estate was recently named the exclusive property manager for the Centauri Insurance headquarters, currently under construction at the corner of Lakewood Ranch Boulevard and Communications Parkway in Lakewood Ranch. The 30,000-square-foot property will serve as the corporate headquarters for Centauri Insurance and will have an additional 11,000 square feet available for lease. The three-story facility will sit on a 5-acre parcel of land.
