All of Slow Foods' products are raw, vegan, organic and gluten-free, and the company's new kitchen is 100 percent gluten-free. The company sells its products at the Rollin' Oats market in St. Petersburg and at Lakwood Ranch's Healthy Living, as well as online and at events.
