The Univesity Park-based restaurant chain First Watch recently finalized several development agreements with franchise operators and announced its plans to open a minimum of 110 franchise restaurants with its new and existing franchise partners by 2022, in addition to 150 planned company-owned restaurant openings. The new locations are planned for cities in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Arkansas and Florida. First Watch already has more than 300 restaurants in 26 states.
