Miami's Gopher Hill Farm recently purchased 751 acres of agricultural land in Myakka City from Pennsylvania's Giuliano Florida Realty Development Group for almost $2.7 million. The property is located at 28551 Gopher Hill Road, just north of State Road 70. Dennis and Terri Kotaska of RE/MAX Alliance Group represented the buyer and seller in the transaction. "The buyer purchased this property as an investment and has not yet determined its use," said Dennis Kotaska, according to a press release.
