CareerEdge Funders Collaborative recently hired James Cardwell, II as its senior manager of workforce development. Cardwell will help grow initiatives across Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. He has over 20 years of experience in executive job coaching, training and teaching, mentoring, job placement and workforce development. He spent the last two years as the career manager for United Way Suncoast’s Sulphur Springs Resource Center.
