Ian Black Real Estate was last month named the exclusive property manager for the iconic Sarasota Herald-Tribune building in downtown Sarasota. The 72,000-square-foot property, located at 1741 Main St., Sarasota, is currently listed for sale or lease and is expected to be completely vacant by the end of June. Ian Black Real Estate and JLL will handle the leasing of the property, while Ian Black Real Estate will lead the property management. The Sarasota Herald-Tribune decided last August to move its operations to the SunTrust Bank building next door. Tenant Iberia Bank will also be vacating the property in May, freeing up another 12,500 square feet of space there.
