The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities recently promoted Carl Allen to area construction manager and Mark Dolan to builder. Allen joined Neal Communities as a builder in 2013. With over 20 years of construction knowledge, he previously worked for national builders in Florida and constructed large-scale military housing in Kansas. Dolan joined the Neal Communities warranty team in September 2013, taking a role as lead warranty technician for the company's most active communities. He brought over 15 years of experience in the construction industry to the team.
