Sarasota's AGR Property Management, LLC recently purchased two office condos at 46 N. Washington Blvd., Sarasota, from Sarasota's LPS Inc. for $310,000. The condos together total 2,181 square feet and are located in downtown Sarasota's Washington Square complex. Ian Black, Steve Horn and Melissa Harris represented the seller in the transaction and Vladimira Kvasny of Horizon Realty International represented the buyer.
