Associa Gulf Coast, which has an office in Sarasota and one on Longboat Key, recently hired Dennis Mansfield as its new president. Mansfield joins the comany from the retail industry and will be overseeing operations and customer relations for Associa’s four branch offices along the Gulf Coast. Associa provides homeowner association and property management services, with more than 180 branch offices across North America.
