Millennial Con 2017, a free conference "by millennials, for millennials," will take place 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, March 30, at State College of Florida, 5840 26th St. W., Bradenton. The event is intended to give young professionals and millennials a voice in local government. Presentation topics include internships, how government works, "adulting 101," sustainability, human resources trends, how to get involved in the community and more.
