J.R. Garraus' Garraus-Nicolay, Inc. this week purchased the property that houses J.R.'s Old Packinghouse Cafe, 983 Packinghouse Road, Sarasota, from Sarasota's West Coast Warehousing, Inc., for $385,000. Rico Boeras with Sarasota Commercial Realty, LLC represented the buyer. Old Packinghouse owner Garraus this week reopened the restaurant eight months after a fire forced it to close.
