Tampa's Mainsail Lodging & Development recently opened Waterline Marina Resort & Beach Club, a full-service resort on Anna Maria Island. The boutique waterfront hotel is located at 5325 Marina Drive, Holmes Beach, on the eastern shore of the island. The resort includes 37 guest rooms and suites with gourmet kitchens, a 50-slip marina offering a variety of water activities, 2,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, Eliza Ann’s Coastal Kitchen restaurant and bar and a swimming pool with an oversized sun deck extending into the marina.
