Charles Dos Anjos of Sarasota's WP Fitness, LLC, recently leased 1,458 square feet on the second floor of the building located at 3627 Webber St., Sarasota. Dos Anjos, a martial arts expert, plans to open a new martial arts studio in the space. Eric Massey of Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
