TooJay’s newly remodeled restaurant in Sarasota reflects its culinary tradition in a fresh environment of bright tiles, flooring and comfortable booths. The famously tempting bakery counter figures prominently in the updated design and welcomes guests with an enticing selection of freshly baked pastries. An exciting new element is a counter area with seating. Guests can enjoy a meal, grab a takeout order, or relax with a glass of beer or wine.

The current Flavors of Fall menu features three seasonally inspired dishes showcasing turkey and cranberry. Topping the menu is the Turkey Cranberry Griller, featuring sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, fresh herbs, arugula, savory cornbread stuffing and a touch of turkey gravy on grilled whole bread topped with Swiss cheese and served with mashed potatoes and gravy. Hush Stuffies are flavorful cornbread stuffing nuggets, lightly fried and served with delicious turkey gravy and cranberry sauce.  Rounding out the menu line-up is the Turkey Cranberry Salad, which features fresh mixed greens topped with turkey, toasted almonds, cran-raisins, Gorgonzola crumbles, cucumbers, tomatoes and black olives tossed in TooJay’s raspberry vinaigrette.

Guests can earn rewards and stay connected by joining the “Delicious Rewards” program on TooJay’s mobile app, available for iOS and Android.
