Andria Bilan

The JoshProvides Epilepsy Assistance Foundation recently hired Andria Bilan as chief executive officer. Bilan served for 18 years as vice president of development at Jewish Family & Children's Service of the Suncoast, Inc., and has more than 40 years of executive nonprofit experience in Pennsylvania and Florida. JoshProvides raises money for epilepsy support groups and education, seizure alert monitors, transportation, medical services and more. Bilan succeeds co-founder and executive director Bruce Chapnick, who, along with his wife, Sandi, established JoshProvides in memory of their son, Joshua, who suffered from epilepsy and passed away in 2008. Bruce died earlier this year.
