Kate Rossi, executive vice president of NRT LLC's east region, and Clark Toole, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Florida, have been named to the Swanepoel Power 200 List, a ranking of the 200 most influential people in residential real estate. Rossi was ranked No. 53 nationwide and No. 10 among all of the women in the top 200. Toole was ranked No. 169. Those on the Swanepoel list are ranked according to their power and influence, defined by the "ability to make things happen," and the ranks are based on personal influence, industry tenure, decision-making power, a company’s contributions to the industry and more.
