The Exceptional Discipline Generates Excellence (EDGE) Peer Group program, founded by Sarasota's David Kauffman, is expanding this year into other cities around Florida, with plans to open in other states in early 2018. The program consists of structured, bi-weekly meetings of between eight and 10 peers, with meetings facilitated by a business coach. All the content and coaching is based on Kauffman’s Business Diamond Assessment tool, found in his new book, Freedom to Succeed: The Diamond Mindset and Six Systems Needed for Business Success.
