Students Showcase Restaurant Management Skills at Bulls Bistro

On Thursday evening, University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee students are launching Bulls Bistro, a new semi-regular tapas dining event that will allow them to showcase their restaurant management skills.

On Thursday evening, University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee students are launching Bulls Bistro, a new semi-regular tapas dining event that will allow them to showcase their restaurant management skills. Established by Pat Moreo, the new dean of USF's College of Hospitality & Tourism Leadership, the first bistro event is scheduled for 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8, at the USF Culinary Innovation Lab, 8130 Main St., Lakewood Ranch. Additional bistros will occur on Oct. 13, Oct. 27, Nov. 3 and Nov. 17. Tickets are $20. Purchase them here.
