Ashton Woods, one of the nation’s largest private homebuilders, recently unveiled plans for its newest Sarasota townhome development: Hammock Park, located at 4550 Basket Oak Lane, just off Fruitville Road and Simmons Avenue. The company is offering three home plans, ranging in size from 2,100 to 2,700 square feet.
