Dr. Sera Balderston recently leased 3,000 square feet of medical space in the building at 2206 Jo An Drive, Sarasota. Balderston will use the space for her holistic wellness center Point Lumineux, which offers acupuncture, functional nutrition, cool sculpting, massage and more. Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company represented the tenant.
