Sarasota's PropLogix saw a 354 percent increase in revenue between 2014 and 2015, according to CEO Tim Healy, who also expects to see 100 percent growth between 2015 and 2016. The company works with title agents and real estate attorneys and agents by performing due diligence for real estate transactions. The company has more than tripled in size since 2014, with more than 50 full-time employees now.
