C'est La Vie!'s second location has an opening date. The new spot, located at 8527 Cooper Creek Blvd., Bradenton, will open to the public at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12.

The new restaurant is the result of a franchise deal between the owners of the Main Street café, Geraldine and Christophe Coutelle, and Myriam and Jean Dandonneau, a couple who recently moved from Paris to Sarasota. The menu of the new Cooper Creek restaurant will be "exactly the same as the downtown location," according to a press release.

The Dandonneaus learned about C'est La Vie! while researching French food in Florida online. After a visit and meeting the Coutelles, they decided to sell everything they owned in France and move to Sarasota. "C’est La Vie! had great reviews online, a solid presence in Sarasota and an established 20-year history, which is a strong statement, especially in the restaurant business," Myriam Dandonneau said, according to the release.

The new C’est La Vie! will be open 8:30 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday-Thursday and 8:30 a.m.-9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. The phone number is (941) 355-2323.
