Halflants + Pichette, the architecture team behind Rosemary District projects like Vanguard Lofts and Risdon on 5th, has a new nearby building in the works: Zahrada will include six three-story, four-bedroom townhouses over retail space. Each townhouse will have a private two-car garage and an elevated landscaped courtyard with a plunge pool and outdoor kitchen. The building will be located on Fourth Street in the Rosemary District, just opposite the Blue Rooster.
