Next Wednesday, Aug. 24,  from 6-8 p.m., the documentary Design Disruptors will screen at Louies Modern in downtown Sarasota. The local design community is invited to attend.

Featuring interviews with employees at companies like Facebook, KPCB, Semplicelabs (formerly Spotify), Accel Partners Dropbox, Pinterest and more, the documentary discusses how these businesses approach design, and how that approach is creating a ripple effect in the industry--and the world. 

In addition to a screening of the documentary, the event will also feature a networking event and cash bar at Louies Modern. Attendees are invited to continue the conversation after the movie with dinner and drinks at the restaurant.
