John Rattigan recently purchased the 3,758-square-foot retail building located at 6539 Gateway Ave., Sarasota, from Troy Couture of A Body of Art Inc. for $395,000. The two-story property features a newly redone roof, two new HVAC units and four independent electric meters and bathrooms. Rattigan plans to continue using the building for mixed retail. Eric Massey and Ben Graham with Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
