Tivoli Homes of Sarasota recently reached 50 percent sell-out at its Cottages of Curry Creek enclave in southern Sarasota County. Six of the 12 home sites on the private peninsula have been sold. Located at 900 Colonia Lane E., Nokomis, the Cottages of Curry Creek is a gated community in which each home site has either water frontage directly along Curry Creek or along a canal.
