Neal Reports June Sales Increase
The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities saw an increase in sales in June, with 99 total home sales.

The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities saw an increase in sales in June, with 99 total home sales. The 99 sales were spreads across the company’s North, South and Neal Signature Homes divisions. The company’s North division represented the majority of the sales, with 71. The South division was responsible for 23 home sales. The company’s luxury homes division, Neal Signature Homes, saw five home sales.
