Sarasota's DM Constructors recently celebrated the groundbreaking of a new cataract specialists and vision care center in Gainesville. The new 12,375-square-foot building consists of approximately 9,699 square feet of space for the center and 2,676 square feet for a future tenant. The $2.6 million freestanding building's architecture and interior design were completed and are being handled by Kail Partners of Gainesville. The site and building are currently under construction by DM Constructors, with completion scheduled for January 2017.
