Dennis Stover, the regional vice chancellor for university advancement at USF Sarasota-Manatee, announced last week that he will retire on Sept 3. Stover has served on the campus’ senior leadership team overseeing fundraising activities, communications, marketing and more since March 2012. Stover, 63, came to the campus after serving as vice president of philanthropy at the New College Foundation and as senior vice president for development at Senior Friendship Centers in Sarasota.
