Sarasota architect Joe Kelly recently launched Hive Architects, a firm that specializes in residential architecture, interior design and private commercial projects with a focus on regional modernism. Kelly worked for the past 12 years with his mentor, architect Guy Peterson, the principal of Guy Peterson Office for Architecture, where Kelly focused on residential architecture and design.
