CitySide, the urban apartment community currently being built in Sarasota's Rosemary District, held a “topping-out” ceremony last Friday to celebrate completion of main structural work. More than 130 construction workers and members of the CitySide development team gathered for the occasion. Construction is scheduled to begin soon on the internal parking structure. When complete, CitySide will consist of 228 residences ranging from 572 to 1,403 square feet. It is one of several residential and commercial projects currently being built or planned in the Rosemary District.
