A Paul Rudolph-designed residence at the tip of Hillview Drive in exclusive Harbor Acres sold for $5.25 million after an original list price of $5,895,000, making it the highest-priced residential sale in Sarasota County in March. The Burnett House, built in 1950, is a classic midcentury modern home, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls overlooking Sarasota Bay and the city skyline. It had been remodeled and expanded in the 1970s and again in the 1990s, and now has just over 3,700 square feet of air-conditioned space. Kim Ogilvie of Michael Saunders & Co. was the listing agent, and Roger Pettingell of Coldwell Banker was the selling agent.
