The Bradenton City Council, acting as the city's Community Redevelopment Authority, on Wednesday approved a 30-day extension for a proposed "multi-family live work" project located between 14th Street W. and 13th Street W., south of 13th Avenue W. The property is owned by the Bradenton Downtown Development Authority. The project was proposed by Sarasota's Beneficial Communities, which develops market-rate housing, as well as mission-driven projects for underserved populations.
