Colonial Plaza LLC recently purchased Colonial Center, a 29,916-square-foot retail and office shopping center at 901 10th St. E., Palmetto, for $2.9 million, from 100 Colonial Place, LLC. Nick DeVito II and Joanna Ginder-Ashley of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller and Chris Deveso of TC Group LLC represented the buyer.
BW University Honore, LLC recently purchased vacant land located at 4900 University Parkway, Sarasota, from Donald Corneal, trustee of the Donald H Corneal Trust, for $1 million. Ian Black and Steve Horn of Ian Black Real Estate represented the buyer.
1075 Central, LLC purchased two retail and office buildings in the Rosemary District, located at 1069 and 1075 Central Ave., Sarasota, from Equity Exchange Services, Inc. as intermediary for Ian Black, for $510,000. Jag Grewal and Amy MacDougall of Ian Black Real Estate represented the buyer in the transaction.

Tamiami Trail, Venice, from Dan Rutkowski, Ronald Defina and Partnership Liquidity Investors, LLC for $480,000.
