Local developer Mark Pierce today announced his plans for The Courtyard at Citrus Square, a new condominium project near Citrus Square, his Rosemary District mixed-use development. The Courtyard project will be built along Orange Avenue to the north of Citrus Square, with 10 residences on two upper floors and retail and professional storefronts on the ground floor. Prices for the building's one- and two-bedroom units begin at $375,000. The announcement is just the latest sign of growth in the Rosemary District, located just north of downtown Sarasota.
