The New Jersey company 120 Ethel Road West LLC recently purchased the Wawa gas station located at 14510 E. State Road 70, Bradenton, from Tampa's BW 70 Lorraine LLC for $3.5 million. BW 70 Lorraine purchased the property for $1.2 million in late 2014.

Golden Gate Point Ventures LLC recently purchased a 13-unit apartment complex located at 609 Golden Gate Point, Sarasota, from Cathy Westgate for $2 million. Sean Dreznin and Peter Kingsly of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller and Steve Horn of Ian Black Real Estate represented the buyer. The property currently is zoned RMF5, which allows for 25 units per acre.
