Builder's 2016 Home Sales Surpass 1,000
The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities sold 81 homes in November, bringing the firm’s year-to-date total to 1,037 sales.

The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities sold 81 homes in November, bringing the firm’s year-to-date total to 1,037 sales. Nationally, housing demand decreased in October and November, and while Neal saw decreases in traffic last month, home sales stayed relatively strong. Neal's sales in November included 13 in Venice's Grand Palm, while Venice's Milano and Englewood's Boca Royale Golf & Country Club each had nine sales.
