The Florida Retail Federation on Monday released its list of priorities for the Florida Legislature's 2017 session, set to begin Tuesday, March 7. The trade group supports state law that bans local regulations of plastic shopping bags, as well as measures that require the collection of state sales taxes on goods sold by out-of-state online retailers, and opposes any increase in the state's minimum wage.
