The Sarasota County Council of Neighborhood Associations is throwing its annual holiday party at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, at the Sarasota Garden Club, 1131 Boulevard of the Arts, Sarasota. The party is a potluck; attendees are asked to bring favorite dishes. The party will follow an announcement of the organization's meetings scheduled for the beginning of the new year.
