CareerSource Suncoast is participating in Paychecks for Patriots, a statewide hiring event for veterans and military families, from 9 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at the Robert L. Taylor Community Complex, 1845 34th St., Sarasota. The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, the Florida National Guard and the Florida Department of Veterans Affairs are holding the event, created to bring employers with current job openings to meet with military and veteran candidates.
