Lee Wetherington Homes has opened its Saviano model in Seacroft inside Country Club East in Lakewood Ranch. The 3,015-square-foot, one-story design has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and a private outdoor shower. The great room floor plan is geared toward outdoor entertaining with a West Indies-style architectural design. The Saviano model is part of the Lakewood Ranch Tour of Homes, going on now through Nov. 20.
London Bay Homes recently sold two model homes in The Founders Club—the Isabella two-Story model, which sold for $2.3 million, and the Belita model, which sold for $1.3 million—and now is offering three luxury single-family model homes for viewing. The Girona, Delfina and Isabella Grande models all offer open floor plans and expansive alfresco living areas, each with an outdoor kitchen and lavish pool and spa. They range from 3,322 to 4,329 square feet.
Neal Communities has introduced a new phase of 108 home sites at Boca Royale Golf & Country Club, a semi-private club in the 1,000-acre gated, master-planned community in Englewood. St. Barts will feature a Tuscan architectural style with floor plans ranging from 1,870 to 2,332 square feet.
D.R. Horton has opened the next phase of home sites at Toscana Isles, its gated Mediterranean-style community in North Venice. It features the Wheaton model, a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath home with 2,450 square feet of living space, an open kitchen, central great room and separate dining room. The den can be configured as an optional fourth bedroom. It is priced from $401,000.
