The private homebuilder Ashton Woods this week announced the grand opening of its newest community of townhomes: Hammock Park. The neighborhood, with three home plans that range in size from 2,100 to 2,700 square feet, is located at 4550 Basket Oak Lane, Sarasota, just off Fruitville Road and Simmons Avenue. Two move-in-ready homes are now available.
